About Jedida's Family
Jedida is raised in a Massai family. Her father is an alcoholic and both of her parents are unemployed. Jedida's mother desperately wanted her to go to school and sobbed with happiness when Jedida became a part of the Urafiki Program. There are six children in Jedida's family - Yasinta is 23 years old, Edison is 20 years old, Noel is 18 years old, Furahini is 13 years old and Haruni is 5 years old. Haruni is also a part of the Urafiki Program.
